You must be 18 or older to make an account on Makeen. When you sign up, you confirm that all your information is true and complete.

Your account is your own responsibility. Anything that happens on your profile is on you. If you ever suspect someone has stolen your login info, change your password right away. Then, email us at hello@makeen.pk so we can freeze the account.

We can block you or delete your profile if you break our rules. We will also remove you if you fake your identity or harm our users.

Please don't post fake or copied property details.

We don't allow pretending to be someone else, and you must not lie about being a licensed agent or company.

Automated scraping or using bots to copy data from our site is strictly forbidden.

You must not attempt to hack our website, servers, or systems.

Avoid doing anything that slows down the experience or crashes the site for other users.

Don't break any Pakistani laws while using our tools.

Also, remember not to abuse, insult, or threaten other users or our support staff, and keep offensive or hateful content completely off our site.

If you cross these lines, we will close your account on the spot. For serious issues, we will report you directly to Pakistani law enforcement.

Real estate agents, agencies, and private sellers upload the properties you see here. We try to keep the site clean, but we can't check every single detail manually. Because of that, we can't promise that every price, size, or photo is totally accurate or up to date.

Your responsibility: The person who posted the property is fully responsible for the details. We strongly suggest you do your own homework, check the legal papers, and visit the property yourself before paying any money.

Listing quality: Every ad must be for a real home or plot that is actually on the market. Fake or duplicate ads will be deleted without warning.

Photos and Media: You must own the rights to the photos or text you upload. When you share them on Makeen, you give us permission to show them to buyers on our site.

Fees: For pro agents, any monthly packages or listing fees follow the exact deal you picked when you upgraded your profile.

Our messaging tools are free and built to make it easy to contact agents and arrange viewings directly with them.

Makeen is a listing aggregator and marketplace. We are not a real estate agency, broker, or legal representative, and we do not act on behalf of any party in any transaction.

Any deal you sign because of an introduction on Makeen is completely between you and the other person. We are not responsible if negotiations turn out badly or if a deal falls apart at the last second.

Registered agents and agencies have a few extra duties on Makeen:

Every listing you post must be real, authorized, and legally open for sale or rent.

Make sure your phone numbers, names, and licenses are real and kept current.

Do not spam users with unrelated services outside the property they asked about.

You are responsible for making sure your listings follow all local real estate laws in Pakistan.

If you post fake properties, lie to clients, or misuse customer phone numbers, we will ban you and report you to local regulators.

We offer makeen.pk "as-is" and "when available." We work hard to keep the servers running, but we don't make any explicit promises.

We can't promise the site will always be online, fast, or free from technical glitches. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any price or description uploaded to the site, or the honesty or behavior of any buyer, seller, or agent you meet here.

Using this site and relying on what you find here is completely your own choice and at your own risk.

As far as Pakistani laws allow, Makeen, our directors, and our employees will not be held responsible for:

Any indirect or unexpected losses that happen because you used our platform.

Money lost because a listing had wrong details or an agent gave bad info.

Damage caused by someone hacking your account because your password was weak.

Legal fights or arguments between you and another user or agent.
